For the the duration of the summer, groups will be held outside in order to comply with Government regulations regarding sports and recreation in Montréal. - Pendant toute la durée de l'été, les groupes se tiendront à l'extérieur afin de se conformer à la réglementation gouvernementale en référence de sports et de loisirs à Montréal.


Le Baseball se démarque irrévocablement des autres sports par sa complexité technique respective à l'ensemble des mouvements biomécaniques que l'athlète doit perfectionner et maîtriser. Dave offrent un processus de coaching personnalisé supporté par l'analyse de données et de mesures propres à la discipline et l'analyse vidéo. Le but est de développer le potentiel de chaque athlète en considérant la spécificité de leurs caractéristiques physiologiques. Son philosophie est que la simplicité gagne et adopte une approche éducative avec ses athlètes, en s'assurant qu'ils comprennent le «pourquoi» derrière chaque signal d'entraînement et en créant un chemin pour le succès et le développement à long terme.


Baseball differentiates itself from other sports by the complexity of the technical movements it's athletes must learn and master. Dave offers personalized coaching supported by data analysis, physical evaluations and video analysis, with the goal of developing each individual athlete to the maximum of their capabilities. He recognizes that all athletes are physiologically different and his approach is to find the most efficient movement pattern for each individual. His philosophy is that simplicity wins and takes an educational approach with his athletes, making sure they understand the "why" behind each coaching cue and creating a roadmap for longterm success and development.
