Biomécaniques

Le Baseball se démarque irrévocablement des autres sports de par sa complexité technique respective à l'ensemble des mouvements biomécaniques que l'athlète doit perfectionner et maîtriser. Nos entraineurs professionnels offrent un processus de coaching personnalisé supporté par l'analyse de données et de mesures propres à la discipline et l'analyse vidéo. Le but est de développer le potentiel de chaque athlète en considérant la spécificité de leurs caractéristiques physiologiques.

Musculation

Grâce à un partenariat entre nous et la société de performance sportive EXOS, nos athlètes ont accès au programme de musculation de haute performance mis à leur disposition de manière personnalisée sur leur téléphone portable ou leur tablette. Cela nous permet d’effectuer un suivi détaillé des habitudes de sommeil, du gain de poids, de la force, du niveau de stress ainsi que de nombreux autres paramètres qui nous aident à personnaliser leur entraînement et à surveiller leurs progrès.

Récupération physique

Les étapes de récupération suivant tout entrainement musculaire et technique intense sont primordiales à la saine progression physique des athlètes. Notre entreprise offre l'encadrement nécessaire au maintien de ce processus en utilisant une variété de produits technologiques que l'on peut retrouver au coeur des pratiques actuelles de récupération des meilleures équipes dans le monde, incluant des produits Normatec et Marc Pro.

Biomechanics

Baseball differentiates itself from other sports by the complexity of the technical movements it's athletes must learn and master. Our instructors offer personalized coaching supported by data analysis, physical evaluations and video analysis, with the goal of developing each individual athlete to the maximum of their capabilities. We recognize that all athletes are physiologically different and our approach is to find the most efficient movement pattern for each individual.

Workouts

Thanks to a partnership with the world class athletic performance company EXOS, our athletes have access to high performance workout programs available to them on their phone or tablet. This allows us to track relevant data such as sleep, weight, force production, stress as well as many other factors that allow us to personalize each workout and monitor progress. While we love the gains that our athletes make in the weight room, they are secondary to the effect it has on their movement. As athletes, we train movement, not muscles.

Recovery

Recovery is essential following a workout or high intensity throwing or hitting session in order to produce safe and consistent results. Our company offers recovery protocols used by the top athletic teams in the world as well as give our athletes access to the most recent technologically advanced products such as Normatec and Marc Pro, among others.
